First time booking? Your first step is the Initial Therapy Assessment. This extended session allows us to take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and history. An Intake Form will be emailed to you upon booking—please complete and return it before your session so your therapist can prepare in advance.
Returning Client? Need an earlier or later appointment? Contact your therapist directly or email us at info@blinkmhc.com, and they will get back to you with options.
